The Weekly Meal Prep - June 22nd
We have summer salads on the menu this week as we welcome in a heat wave! Protein packed, light and full of bright flavour.
These salads will go the distance because they are great for the fridge, taste even better the next day and also add versatility to your meals. Prep them at the start of the week for delicious meals or sides. We have two hearty dinner salads, a lighter lunch salad and a fruit and granola salad that can be eaten on it’s own or as a topping for your breakfast of choice!
